Hi everyone!
Thank you so much for all the support! There are a few pledges with errors, in terms of specifying which pins they want. Please be sure to check your Kickstarter mailbox as well as the email used to sign up. A few Backers contacted me on my socials about missing pins in their order. I have 2 final ones to wrap up, If you are among these 2 that had contacted me about this and haven't received the pin, please bug me again using the same social. Thank you =)

All shipped out! 4 backer issues

Hi everyone!
All packages have been shipped out/fulfilled and tracking numbers were sent.
There are however 4 packages that need attention. Please be sure to check your email and/or Kickstarter messages.
3 cards were not completely charged through Backerkit, once those are fixed these packages will be on their way. The last package was from an unfinished survey.
It is crucial these 4 respond to my messages if they still want their guaranteed designs. Much of these are now low in stock and the leftovers will be up in my shop for sale. After September 15th it is possible the pin design you want will be out of stock.
If you're not among the above 4 situations you do not have to worry. Your package is most likely making it through customs or is on track to arrival.
Once again thank you so much for the amazing amount of support and I hope to see some returning backers for the next update of this Genshin collection <3

SHIPPING: Progress Update

Hi everyone, I wanted to give you guys a quick progress update as to where I’m at in regards to shipment status.
All Domestic (USA) packages have been shipped out last weekend and an email was sent out with tracking numbers!
A few International (Canada + Everywhere else) packages were also shipped out last weekend the remaining will be shipped out this coming weekend.
KAZUHA PIN!
If your package contains a Kazuha pin, these will also be shipped out this weekend. A shipping label was created already. You may have received a tracking number before the packages were shipped out. I accidentally marked these as shipped when I wanted to mark them as processing. So for those who are tracking their Kazuha packages the information will not show up until after this weekend. This was my first time using Backerkit postage and was a bit confused so I apologize if it caused others confusion.
I'm just waiting for his pin to arrive later this week so I can quality check and package them asap!
In general, all Kickstarter and Pre-orders from my shop will be shipped out this weekend. If you're among those who ordered these pins on the waitlist (original shipment date mid-September), they will be processed in the next coming 2 weeks. Thank you so much for everyone's patience.
